ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ನೀಡಿ – ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸೋಣ

ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳ ಕೊರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದ ಅಭಾವದಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಯುವಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಸವಾಲನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಕಲಾಬಂಧು ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ತರಬೇತಿ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರಲು ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿಗಳಾಗಲು ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

- ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು

- ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು

- ಸ್ವಯಂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು

- ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು

- ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಜೀವನಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ನೆರವಾಗುವುದು

- ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಬಲ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು
